Preparation of Legal Due Diligence
Preparation of the LDD entails defining the following parameters first of all:
- Data room rules
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Agreement between buyer and vendor on the scope of the audit

- Documentation / self-assessment by the vendor
- Selection of documents for the Buyer LDD or
- Presentation of a checklist by the buyer, depending on the property that is purchased
